Welcome to Joolyoo! These terms and conditions govern how you use our application and website, and the legal consequences of using our services. By using our store, you agree to abide by all the terms of this agreement, and confirm your legal capacity to do so. This agreement is considered valid and effective once you accept and register in the store, in accordance with Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions System.
Article One - Introduction and Definitions
The above preamble is an integral part of this Agreement and includes the following definitions:
- (Platform) : This definition includes all forms of Joolyoo on the web, whether it is an electronic application or a website.
- (Consumer) : The person who deals with our store to obtain products or services through our platform.
- (Agreement) : The terms and conditions of this Agreement that govern the relationship between the parties.
Article Two - Consumer Legal Capacity
- The consumer acknowledges that he/she has the legal capacity to deal with Joolyoo, and that he/she is at least eighteen years old.
- In the event of a violation of this article, the consumer shall bear the consequences of this violation.
Article 3 - Nature of the Obligation
- The store is committed to providing the products and services requested by the consumer.
- Our services may include other additions such as after-sales services depending on the nature of the product or service.
Article Four - Terms of Use
- The consumer is committed to using the platform in accordance with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- It is prohibited to use the store’s services or products in a manner that violates public morals or regulations.
Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations
- When registering, the consumer must provide correct information and select a username and a secret password.
- The consumer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account information and notifying us of any unauthorized use.
- The consumer is responsible for using his account seriously and honestly, and for notifying us of any changes in his personal information.
- If we find that the information provided is incorrect, we reserve the right to suspend, freeze or cancel the account.
Steps to delete your account from the application:
- Open the app: Make sure you are logged in to your account.
- Go to the Account tab: Find the Account or Settings tab in the app.
- Log in (if necessary): If you are not already registered, enter your username and password.
- Click the “Edit Account” button: Look for the “Edit” or “Manage Account” button.
- Scroll down the page: You'll find your account information, including your username, email, and other data.
- Click the “Delete Account” button: This button is usually located at the bottom of the page or near the other account options.
- Read the warning carefully: Make sure to read the warning that appears on the screen. This warning will remind you to permanently delete all of your account data.
- Click “Confirm Deletion”: If you are sure you want to delete your account, click the “Confirm Deletion” button.
Important Notes:
- Account deletion is irreversible: Once you confirm the deletion, all of your account data will be permanently deleted.
- Make sure to save any important data before deleting your account: you won't be able to access this data after you delete your account.
- If you have any problems deleting your account: Please contact the app support team for assistance.
Additional tips:
- Change your password: If you are concerned about the security of your account, you can change your password.
- Email Reporting: You can also email the app support to request deletion of your account.
Using these simple steps, you can easily delete your account from the app.
Article Six - Electronic Communications and Official Means of Communication
- Communication is made via the email registered on the platform, and all electronic communications are considered written documents.
- Consumer agrees to receive updates and notifications via general or targeted messages.
Article Seven - Amendments to the User Agreement and Fees
- We may modify or cancel any of the terms of the Agreement, without affecting the validity of the remaining terms.
- This Agreement is the official mechanism for understanding between the consumer and the store, and is amended as needed.
- Some products or services may be subject to fees, and the store reserves the right to modify fees in accordance with the terms.
Article Eight - Payment and Settlement Services
- The store offers multiple payment options, which may be online or in other ways depending on the updates.
- The store is committed to setting product prices according to the recognized market value and providing invoices for all transactions.
Article Nine - Intellectual Property
- The intellectual property rights relating to the store are fully owned by us and must be respected by the consumer.
- This includes our store name, logos and icons.
Article 10 - Store Responsibility
- The store is committed to providing services in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The store is not responsible for errors or negligence caused by third parties.
Article Eleven - Restriction of Access or Membership
- The Store may suspend or cancel a Consumer's membership or restrict access at any time without prior notice.
Article Twelve - Applicable Law or Regulation
- This Agreement is subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Thirteen - General Provisions
- In the event of cancellation of any provision of the Agreement, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
- Arabic is the official language for interpreting the provisions, and prices and offers are subject to change.
- Commitment of all parties to the applicable Sharia laws and regulations.
- The agreement may only be cancelled by a decision of the store management.
