Shipping Policy

Inside Saudi Arabia

  1. Shipping fees:
  • Orders weighing 15 kg or less : Shipping cost 20 Saudi riyals (excluding VAT).
  • For each additional kilogram after 15 kilograms: 2 Saudi riyals will be added for each additional kilogram.
  • 15% VAT is added to the total shipping cost.
  1. example:
  • Order weight: 17 kg.
  • 15 kg x 20 riyals = 20 riyals.
  • 2 additional kilograms x 2 riyals = 4 riyals.
  • Total: 24 SAR (+ 15% VAT = 27.6 SAR).
  1. Delivery time:
  • Riyadh: Within 24 hours.
  • Jeddah and Dammam: within 48 hours.
  • Other cities in the Kingdom: from 1 to 5 working days.

Gulf countries

  1. Shipping fees:
  • First 1 kg:
  • Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, UAE: 40 Saudi Riyals .
  • Qatar: 50 Saudi Riyals .
  • For each additional half kilogram: 9 Saudi riyals will be added.
  • Prices do not include VAT.
  1. Delivery time:
  • All Gulf countries: 7 to 10 working days .

Return Policy

Return Terms:

  • A return or exchange request can be submitted for orders within 3 days of receiving the product in the following cases:
  1. There is a manufacturing defect in the product.
  2. Product sending error by Joolyoo store.
  3. Shipment damaged during transportation.

Return Terms:

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with the original invoice.

Return costs:

  • In case of an error or defect by the store: Joolyoo bears all return costs.
  • If the return is based on the customer's request (without defect or error): the customer bears the shipping and return costs.

Return method:

  • You can submit a return request by contacting us through the channels shown below.
  • Return request will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the product.
